Pricing

Price (for homes under 3000 SF) / $155.00 Includes:

• 25-30 MLS-sized images (interior & exterior images)
• Post-processing in Lightroom or Photoshop. (There is a ten cent (.10) per square foot charge for homes over 3000 SF.)
•  

Aerial Photos - $150.00 for 10-15 images (minimum): 

• This service is typically for building inspections or vacant properties for sale. (Call for pricing on particularly large tracts of land.)

 
On-Site Cancellation Fee: 50% of the shoot fee
